How to get a quote?

• Send a clear photograph or scan (through WhatsApp or e-mail) of the document to be translated and indicate the date in which you need the translation.

• You will be given a quote for the translation services.

• To start the translation project, you need to accept the quote and pay 50% in advance.

• To start the translation, I will arrange the pick-up of the original documents (if applicable).

• It usually takes 2 - 7 business days from the moment the quote is accepted (Texts from 1 and up to 15 pages).

• The delivery time can be prolonged for longer texts.

• In urgent translation projects, the deadline will be agreed upon with the client (urgency surcharge will be applied).

Upon completion of the translation, the original documents will be returned and delivered in any of the following ways:

• Physical document translated, signed and sealed

• Digital document translated, signed and sealed (scan)

• Translated digital document (free translations)

Translation fees are established considering the following:

• Number of words to be translated

• Complexity of the text

• Delivery deadline

• Legibility of the original document

In urgent translation projects, you must pay 100% in advance before the translation is started.

In any other translation projects, you must pay 50% in advance.
